I had to share this moment with you. You see, MasterB’s lack of hand eye co-ordination because of his vision problems has meant that although he feeds himself, it has never been particularly great. He was late in being able to pick up small objects from his plate and eating was usually just grasping handfuls of anything and shoving it in his mouth.
Of course, it all made sense when we found his eyesight was so bad. How could he have picked up small things when everything was pretty much a blur and he struggled to focus on anything close to him. (He is long sighted +8.5 in each eye).
This is why this video makes me happy, a little later than most toddlers but seeing MasterB doing this makes me realise how much he is improving since wearing glasses

MasterB loves my potato boats (Twice Baked Potatoes) even though he does seem to end up wearing half of it as a face mask

She loves her hats so much we struggle to get them off her. At least it means I don’t have to worry about messy hair
