This is a super quick and tasty way to cook Quorn Swedish Style Balls which all the Brown household love :) It’s great as I usually have most of the ingredients in the store cupboard anyway and it’s great comfort food, simple and filling :) If you have some mushrooms handy then chop those up and add them at the same time as the red pepper.

Ingredients:

1 packet quorn Swedish style balls
1 sweet red pepper
1 tin tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
Black pepper
Italian herbs
Spaghetti
Cheese

1. Fry the quorn balls in a little olive oil for about 5 minutes until they are starting to brown

2. Add in the sliced red pepper and garlic and continue to fry on a low heat for a few more minutes until the pepper is starting to soften

3. Add in the tinned tomatoes, a tablespoon of Italian herbs and some black pepper then leave to simmer for as long as it takes to cook the spaghetti

4. Cook enough spaghetti in boiling water until it’s ready then drain and drizzle with olive oil

5. Serve up and sprinkle liberally with grated cheese and some garlic bread
